Impact: Brief, ~1 minute service interruption per Helium Mobile Hotspot/device during each window as sessions move to a new carrier radius AAA instance and configurations are updated. Some calls/data sessions may momentarily drop and then automatically reconnect.
Customer Action: None required.
Details: This work migrates carrier traffic to a new radius AAA instance and includes testing and monitoring before and after each change.
