The switch-over did not work as planned. There was a five minute period where Hotspot onboarding was stopped. The service has been restored to the previous version and all operations are back to normal.

The Onboarding Service will undergo a quick upgrade sometime during this hour period. The switchover should be brief. If there is a problem the service will be rolled back to its previous state.
